03/2013 – Present
Relocated Rottet studio( New York City) Voice system and all data equipment including all users desktops. I Designed
outside plant for St Catherine church (Ringwood,NJ), purchased materials, installed and activated plant. The objective
was to save money by installing a voice network to have one system on the campus. Dr Jacob Reinkraut (Ridgewood
NJ) new buildout. We designed the structured cabling, WIFI, paging and audio/paging systems. We install and
activated all systems.We have deployed VOIP for several locations. VOIP locations ranged from two endpoints to 50
endpoints. Installation includes router/gateway and VOIP phones, and IPPBX.
• Designed and built out IDF for new locations
• Ordered circuits for new customer space
• Documented on excel database for new customer cross connects
• Traced out old structured cabling before removal to ensure correct cable was removed for
demolition

I was the POC for all telecom vendors and all business units at UJA. My role encompasses day to day voice
operations, network topology upgrades and maintenance. I was the sole supporter to the Dictaphone enterprise
dictation system. UJA operators were my direct reports. Project management was major responsibility of this position.
I handled day to day hands on MAC work on Nortel/Avaya CS 1000 call manager.
• Point of contact for multiple telecom vendors i.e. Verizon, MCI, AT&T, Broadview networks, XO and
Lightpath.
• Circuit inventory via excel database
• Documented existing circuits from POE to termination frame/MUX
• Placed telecom orders to convert POTS to DID and programed PBX with new cost savings from 48.00 per
month 1.00 we converted 100 pots to DIDs.
• I negotiated cost saving orders with telecom vendors for new circuits and disco of circuits with no usage,
• I made cost saving recommendations for the overall telecom budget.
• I documented and kept up to date database of all UJA IDF which included network switch inventory including
port count for data connections.
