Job Responsibilities & Duties

. Incoming material Inspection.

. Preparation of quality check list as per approved ITP.

. Reviewing the WPS & PQR in accordance with ASME SEC IX, and ensuring

its proper implementation while executing the job

. To conduct Welder Performance Qualification Test & Procedure

Qualification Test

. Stage Inspection & supervision during fabrication according to Indian

and American standard.

. Coordination with client for Inspection and NDT activities and

requirements.

. Reviewing Radiography films as per ASTM, ASME, standard and another

NDT techniques such as DPT & MPT Performed & supervision to operator

as per procedure.

. Handle the supporting instrument of inspection with the use of

inspection and measurements instrument and equipment their calibration
