OBJECTIVE:

A blend of more than 4 years of cumulative experience of Oil & Gas

sector along with professional qualification in Physics with specialization

in Digital Electronics. A team player with strong technical, communication,

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Preparation and implementation of HSE documentation regarding

international standards.

. Implementation and improvement of HSE Culture.

. Implementation of PTW and JSA/Risk Assessment during jobs.

. Conduct all kind of HSE trainings, videos sessions and daily safety

meetings.

. Conduct TBT, Pre-safety meetings and Hazcom culture.

. Strong procedure and implementation culture regarding

Accident/Incident reporting.

. Provide safety protection during all kind of jobs like (Hot job, Cold

Job, Confined spaces, Electrical jobs, work at height etc.)

. Conduct H2S trainings and practical demonstration of all kind of

respiratory equipment's.

. Installation, working, maintenance, Refilling and training of all kind

of Respiratory Systems, i.e. Cascade System, Work Line Units or

Trolley mounted.

. Conduct all kind of Drills, i.e. H2S Drill, Fire Drill etc.

. Fire and safety equipment deployments, inspections and trainings.

. Monitor compliance of all personnel with established client policy and

guidelines

. Instruct contractor personnel in the proper emergency situation.

. Discuss with the client and drilling contractor issues related to H2S

safety.

. Carryout investigations of Incident/ accidents in accordance with

company procedure. Prepare and submit reports to the company

management.

. Responsible for HSE Implementation and maintaining HSE rules &

Regulation in the company and Project.

. Maintaining HSE records (checklist, audits, HSE meetings, HSE

Trainings, daily reports etc).

. Conduct required HSE induction training courses.

. Implementation of safe working procedures in accordance with Company

HSE manual and policy.

EXPERIENCE:

< An Excellent work Experience with "PAKISTAN OIL FIELDS LTD"

(Pakistan) as a "SAFETY OFFICER" from 15th June 2011 to 30th Jan

2013.

< Worked with "SPA" as a SAFETY OFFICER from 3rd March 2008 to 30th

March 2011.
