Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Test Analyst

Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

Location: Irvine

Start: ASAP

Salary: $75-85k/yr

Will work with the largest companies in the world. The QA Analyst is a

respected and proactive member of the team with responsibilities across all

stages of development, from design to release.

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst who will work close with all

members of a Scrum team in an Agile software development environment.

Software quality is paramount and continuously building, maintaining and

executing the tests to verify the quality of the platform is required for this

position.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The QA Analyst has no supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in analysis discussions to ensure that proposed designs are

immediately testable

Critically analyze requirements and write meaningful test cases

Quickly learn and understand the core functionality of our Organizer

Platform

Test daily development software builds when features are completed

Report on software quality to the Scrum Team on a daily basis

Assist developers with the understanding of how customers use the platform

Prioritize testing on most used features

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Deep understanding and passion for software quality assurance strategies

and techniques

Familiarity with the quirks and nuances of all popular browsers

Ability to work and participate in a team setting with open and collaborative

communication

2+ years experience testing enterprise web applications

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Excellent verbal and written communication

Problem analysis and problem-solving
