associated raw materials due to a changing market

> Developed an alternative Blanket Purchase Order system aimed to

reduce specific due dates, and on-hand inventory levels, while

> Inventory turns improved from a 2 - 3 to an 8 - 10, thus

dramatically improving cash-flow management

> Redesign Manufacturing work cell layouts, including warehouse,

Q.C., S&R, etc., from 40k sf to 20k sf to further enhance the
