Project Summary: Ford MSS360 is a CRM based project that uses Microsoft

services. Currently the system is using three legacy applications- MORS,

INTELLITRACK and WISE. These applications are Ford contact centers, which

are integrated to third party interfaces. All the interfaces are currently

interacting with these three legacy applications. In future these three

applications will get replaced with MSS360 system and all the interfaces

will interact directly with the MSS360 system.

criteria, objectives. The objectives are calculated based on

predefined formulas. This scorecard is used to analyze and verify

the performance of employees of a particular department called

'APD'.
