First in the administrative area, I designed an effective and fast way for calculating operating

expenses for the entire secretary’s staff, payments to third parties or suppliers, run time budget
adjustments monthly and annually allowing transfers and check out. Reduced time to review
audits and therefore increased the amount of time to make revisions to improve the new
presentation format of reports and their contents. I received an award for this accomplishment.
I directed a group of more than 80 auditors, actively participated in the state assessment system
of education in the year 1998, in order to help solve the deep problems in education.
