Presently I have nearly three Year Experience in Electrical projects and Plant Maintenance at M/s.Fluid

Control Research institute,Kanjikode, palakkad.Kerala which is established by Govt of India under

Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises with techno –economic inputs from the united

Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Job Summary

Handling the overall maintenance of various Electrical Equipments like DG sets (6 Nos, 3675

KVA), UPS (3 Nos, 40 KVA), HT Panel (4 nos), LT panels (50 Nos), EOT crane (6 Nos), Starters

(100 Nos), Pump & Motor (20 Nos), Distribution Boards and Drives.

Execution, Operation and Maintenance of MV substation and distribution system at FCRI.

Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of

various equipments and maintaining requisite documents for the same.

Having good knowledge of attending and solving problems related to Electrical Equipments in

the plants.

Responsible for allocating work to a team of Electricians.

Responsible for fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.

Ensure the health and safety of the co-workers.

Responsible for supervise, organize and review the work of lower level staff.

Responsible for Designing, Material selection, purchasing and installing of Electrical Equipment

of Various Projects at Fluid Control Research Institute,Palakkad. From june 2011-TILL DAT E.

To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erection &

Commissioning at site.

Work Schedule Preparations, Tender Preparation, Technical Comparison and Documentation of

inward instruments against specification.

Supporting the operation and maintenance of Mechanical Section and Centralized Air condition

Plant.

2X1250 KVA)
