the time spent on manual sourcing and improvement of timeliness and

quality.Dividend, Capital Change, TSO and Nominal Value are in-scope.

The corporate actions collection process for the AGS market should be

automated and derive savings of 0.3 FTE. WM Daten is a third party data

vendor who provides corporate actions data in XML format for AGS region.

Studies showed TR can absorb corporate actions content from this third

party vendor.

I. Dividend, Capital Change, TSO, Nominal Value, Voting Rights and

Meeting Events are in-scope.

II. All the files within WM Daten site is in-scope

populated on the report.

Project 2:

Name: Index Platform Consolidation Release

Duration: May 2011 - Mar 2013.

Windows Appfabric Server, JIRA, Team City.

Description:

Client currently operates two disparate platforms supporting the US Index

Operations and Global index Operations. Neither group has access to or

training in the use of the other's platform. If either location

experiences a regional disaster affecting both staff and infrastructure,

the other group is not currently in a position to step in to run the first

group's index operations. The primary goal of the project to consolidate

both the platform in to a single platform, so as to reduce operational

risk in the indexes business unit-risk of loss resulting from inadequate

or failed internal processes, people, systems, or external events. This

IPC Project tackles consolidation of the platform supporting Index

Operations business processes.

Business to Business.
