Project1 Title : Design of standard and custom peripherals using Nios II

processor

Platform : Altera FPGA

Project Description: Altera's Nios II processor is the most versatile RISC

processor and is the most widely used soft processor in the FPGA industry.

The scope of this project is about the realizing general purpose

embedded system using soft-core Nios-II processor in Altera Cyclone II

FPGA. Implementation of SOC architecture, configuring flash device, and

realizing the most used Peripheral like serial port, Keypad, Led, LCD

display in the embedded system. The test logic is implemented for every

component in the system. The user-logic will decide the application. The

system realization is done using Nios II IDE.

Project2 Title : 'Led Based Moving Message Display'

Platform : Embedded systems.

Project Description: The project is defined to display the message that is

entered through keyboard by the user. The messages are stored even after

power down. It displays 18 characters at a time. It is used for both indoor

and outdoor purposes. Advantage of the project is size of the display board

can be increased without making changes in the circuit.

Project3 Title : Web Application SQL injection Preventer

Platform : Java

Project Description: WASP is used to protect the data from hacking using

positive tainting and taint propagation .The intent is that Web

applications will limit the kinds of queries that can be generated to a

safe subset, regardless of what input users provide.
