1 MAIN PROJECT (M.E) - DESIGN OF AN EFFICIENT MULTI-MODULUS

PRESCALER UNIT USING GATE DIFFUSION UNIT

For M.E, I did this 1 year Main Project as per the curriculum

Scope: In this project an efficient strategy for frequency

dividers are designed using gate division unit. In this paper we

design a divide by 2/3 circuit which divides the clock frequency

which is given into the circuit. The gate diffusion input can be

used to implement higher functions using just pmos and nmos

combinations.

1 MAIN PROJECT (B-Tech) - AUTOMOBILE TRACKING SYSTEM WITH

COLLISION DETECTION AND ALERT MESSAGING.

Scope: In this project we develop a device that tracks the

movement of vehicles, commodities etc for the purpose of

security. It is a joint implementation of two technologies

namely GPS and GSM. It has a wide range of application in

different fields like vehicle tracking, commodity tracking,

theft detection etc.

Participated in workshop on "Solid State Device Modeling" at

Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai.

Participated in workshop on "Embedded Networking" at Sakthi

Engineering College, Thiruninravur..
