. Provided technical support for process and instrumentation diagram for

certain chemical processes: checking parameters, temperature, tension,

consumption and level of chemical materials in production (work with

Instrument Data Sheets, Valve Data Sheets).

. Selected automation instruments, shut-off, and control valves for

special tasks.

. Calculated discharge capacity of shut-off and control valves according

to certain program, defined instrument measurement errors.

. Arrange required documentation for automation of the project (list of

required instruments, composing data sheets for automation instruments

and shut-off and control valves, setting all the parameters for

automation instruments).

. Design and draw impulse lines for automation instruments, shut-off and

control valves; drew mnemonic diagram for it.

. Design of alarm schemes for controlling chemical process to avoid

accidents.

. Design of schemes for external wiring cables.

. Design of schemes of cable routes.

. Drawing automation schemes, (P&ID)

Participated in designing detailed project for automation of methanol

production for JSC Shchekinoazot.

Designed basic project for automation of acetylene production for Sichuan

Tianhua Fugang Chemical Co., Ltd. (China).

Designing detailed project for Gas field Pyakyakhinsk
