Store Manager. Managed five Florsheim stores over an eleven year period, running all phases of operations

including hiring, scheduling, training, the creation and maintenance of massive exterior displays, and asset

protection. Halted ongoing internal theft issues costing the company tens of thousands of dollars under previous

managements. Supervised seven people in a location whose volume was in the top fifty stores in the country, out of

more than three hundred in operation at the time.

Salesperson and Fitter. Fitted and sold better quality men’s suits and ready to wear, and consulted on matching and

pairing clothing items with accessories per colors, styles and seasons. Reconciled suit inventories weekly. Adopted

a keep it simple approach to clothing alterations, resulting in one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the

company.
