Work Experience I:

Occupational Therapist and as a Director of Rehabilitation in skilled

nursing facilities in California.

Job Description:

. To conduct evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment and education

for clients.

. To assess patient problems and needs, develop and implement plans of

care and to maintain clinical documentation.

. To advise patients on health maintenance and prevention or provide

case management.

. To instruct caregivers on moving and handling patients, this may

include providing home care and exercise plans for clients and/or

their families.
