Drive integration and execution of long- and short-term business plans for

Remanufacturing, Components & Work Tools Division encompassing automotive

transmissions, service parts, torque converters, hydraulic motors, pumps,

and components. Motivate and oversee team of five direct and ~300 indirect

reports across engineering and supply chain; provide technical management

for two external state-run product suppliers. Accountable for maintaining

ISO/TS16949 and ISO/14001 registration for certification. Cultivate and

manage relationships with key business partners, including Caterpillar,

Kawasaki, Parker, Allison, Chrysler, Ford, Eaton, Mazda, Navistar, General

Motors, and Saturn.

Selected accomplishments:

. Plant Safety: Championed safety-conscious culture and spearheaded

continuous process and behavioral improvements resulting in Recordable

Index Frequency of 0.70 in 2013 and 1.3M+ hours with no loss of time

from work.

. Change Management: Led business process and strategy transformation

initiatives with a focus on improving key metrics and driving down

costs; conducted Rapid Improvement Workshop to improve People Quality,

Velocity, and Cost metrics for all value streams, reduced labor costs

by 4% year-over-year for three consecutive years, and facilitated

resource allocation.
