[ 2012 to Current ] Business owner… Designed Specified and Built a 4 Chair Dental Office in the Chicago Area.. The asset has recently been sold to the Dentist.

Designed Build-out for Commercial Retail Dental Office, including plumbing, Lighting, electrical, and all fire codes.

Obtained Construction Permit from the City of Downers Grove IL.

Supervised the construction of the Dental Office. Plumbers, Carpenters, Electricians, Painters and Laborers (Also hands on construction).

Specified, purchased and installed all dental equipment including dentist chairs, Compressor, vacuum pump, digital x-ray and computer systems.

Helped to Manage the opening of the Dental office, and eventually sold the asset to the Dentist.

[ 1994 to 2012 ] CNH (Case New Holland), Burr Ridge Illinois (Contract Position) Mechanical Design Engineer

Engine Systems Design. Project engineer for a CVT fan drive for the cooling system. Responsible for communicating directly with engine supplier. Designed intake and exhaust systems and components, Engine mounting, Belt driven accessories, and Drive train interface. Always involved from concept to production. Drawing checking and supervision of younger teammates. Managed project coordinating with purchasing, analysis, and manufacturing.

Chassis design. Extensive experience designing chassis components for Mid to Large sized tractors. Casting and Weldment design and analysis. Coordinate changes for production readiness. Always involved from concept to production.
