certified technicians.

opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center

processes as needed, through use of company approved procedures

Customer Service/Problem Solving

o Oversee front-office operations and provide impeccable customer

service:

o Greet patients and staff.

o Comfort patients and staff.

o Served as the unit's communication person, answering phone

calls, taking and relaying messages. Answered questions of
