Real Property Management of KC worked with investors around the world getting their

homes ready, or up-keeping their homes for rent and show- ready. We provided our

Owners with the highest degree of on going maintenance. We provide the owners with

rehab capabilities on their new investments. We had over 450 units with over 40 Owners.

QIG was a company that was comprised of sales and marketing, lending, personnel

relations with investors, real estate and construction. Our focus was on creating

opportunities for home buying through to closing for portfolio investors and buyers.

Obtained an in depth knowledge of mortgage servicing, and provided monthly reports to

investors on their returns.

Cambron Construction focuses on the home owner who are is in need of work on his or

her home as well as multi unit rehab and maintenance. We provide service for the KC and

MO areas proper.

Home Town America - Sales/ Finance Manager/Property Manager 2000 to 2003

Managed day to day operations and sales (385 unit ), in the difficult market of

manufactured homes. We exceeded all monthly sales goals. Put together marketing

materials and stayed within monthly budgets. Put together yearly budgets. Handled

evictions and maintained a high occupancy rate through customer satisfaction and

creative marketing.

Great American Homes - Sales and Property Manger 1998 to 2000

Managed several properties (325 unit and 275 unit), handling everything from sales to

rent collection and evictions. Sold and rented more sites than anyone in the communities

50 year history.
