I was a 30 year Journeyman Painter, with over 15 years of Management experience, when at

quality, improve production times and reduce costs. I help to achieve company goals by

supporting production workers to meet our goals and our customer's needs. I help maintain

necessary levels of communications between shifts in order to keep my product moving, in

order to meet turn times for my customers. I am responsible for production tracking and

quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and other operational reports, to

detect production problems. I am also an inspector of finished products for quality and

adherence to customer specifications. As the Cell Lead, and the person that signs the various

return to service certifications, I must be sure that products meet the customer requirements

and are within the process specifications. I have taken several Management classes through

the Manufacturer's Alliance Group, Lean Training through Manufacturer's Alliance, Lean –
