Responsibilities

My duties include, MANAGEMENT- I organize and coordinate employees work schedules to meet work

demands, I work with multiple vendors, to ensure proper chemicals and equipment are used to perform all

janitorial needs. The most important duty I perform is customer service. SUPERVISOR- I train and instruct

all employee's. Training consists of teaching them how to use buffers, floor machines, carpet extraction units,

the stripping and waxing process and bonnet buffing techniques. Instructions consists of how to use certain

chemicals and cleaning process. When dusting is performed must be first thing you do that night allowing 15

high priority, must be complete, with signatures and times and date work was accomplished. Scheduled daily,

weekly, monthly,quarterly and yearly cleaning tasks. Set up rooms for meetings, requisitioned, monitored and

maintained all janitorial equipment, chemicals and paper products.

Accomplishments

Initiated and taught floor and carpet care programs that saved company monies and increased overall

appearance of facility. Initiated microfiber program, which saved company in man hours.

Was promoted to floor technician, responsible for appearance of all floors and carpets in facility. While working

for temp. agency at Dey Pharma. I was hired by Dey Pharma. in the Lead Janitor position.
