Institute Of Technology. After that my technical qualification got enriched

with industrial experience offered by mega chemical plant Mitsubishi

Chemicals in Haldia.Finally my industrial experience is switched into Air

Seperation plant (Goyal Mg Gases Pvt Ltd)

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:-

Basially a chemical engineer( diploma), passport (K7388254) holder, with 7

years industrial experience. I had been involved in big chemical

industry,Mitsubishi chemicals in Haldia as a Process Associate, producing

purified teripthalic acid, totally operated byYokogawa DCS in yhe year 2006

and taken a break through in Air Seperation Unit (Goyal Mg Gases PVT LTD)

in Burnpur( Asansol) also operated by Yokogawa DCS as Assitant Engineer

process in 2010 providing 99.9 gaseos Oxygen, 99.9 gaseos Nitrogen in IISCO

steel plant under taken by SAIL & also producing LOX, LIN & LAR for

commercial purpose

OPERATION IN MITSUBISHI:-

1. In October 2006 in Mitsubishi Chemical PTA India Corp. Pvt. Ltd.

Position : Associates - Process.

2. Responsible for DCS cum FIELD operation & troubleshooting in shift.

3. Actively involved in planning Shut-down - maintenance activities.

4. Familiar with PFD, EFD Engineering diagram.

5. Promoting & taking active part in 5-S, TPM, QC.

6. Group Safety Coordinator of Process Department.

7. Others : HATTO HIYARI, TBM, JSA, KAIZENS, Equipment study.

Responsible for continuous operations - Start-up, Shut-down and operational

troubleshooting of the following equipments:

Pressurized REACTOR & CRYSTALLIZER, Changing parameters depending upon

Product Quality targets.

HYDROGEN GENERATION & REFINING (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Unit.

HOT OIL HEATER with heat duty of 20 Gcal/Hr heating by Furnace Oil.

CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR (Decanter).

ROTARY DRUM STEAM TUBE DRYER.

AIR COMPRESSOR - centrifugal type with 4 - stages along with Expander and

steam Turbine.

Handling various equipment PUMP(CENTRIFUGAL, RECIPROCATING, GEAR), BLOWER,

CONVEYOR(BUCKET, FLIGHT, SCREW), HEAT EXCHANGER (SHELL & TUBE, DOUBLE PIPE,

OPERATION IN GOYAL GAS:-

In August 2010 I have joined Goyal Mg Gases PVT LTD as a Assistant Engineer

(Process) Providing 99.9 percent gaseous Oxygen & 99.9 gaseos Nitrogen to

IISCO Steel Plant(under taking SAIL). Also producing Liquid Oxygen, Liquid

Argon, Liquid Nitrozen.

EQUIPMENT HANDLING:-

Familiar with Centrifugal Air Compressor, Three Stage Reciprocating Air

Compressor, Air Cooling Tower Water Cooling Tower, Booster-Expander,

Moleculer Sieve Purification System,Cryogenic Liquid Oxygen Pump,Process

Argon pump, Chiller Unit, Concentric Tube Heat Exchanger,Multiple Tube Heat

Exchanger,Bundle Tube Heat Exchanger,Fin Type Heat

Exchanger,Condensor,Vaporisor

Responsible for start up and shut down operation from DCS as well as

field.Main air compressor start up & shut down process Argon pump starting &

pressurisation, pressure relieving & heating, expert in crude Argon cooling
