Review Contractor’s HSE documentation. Monitor and ensure implementation of the

Contractor’s approved HSE Plan

Ensuring toolbox talks, safety alerts and HSE lessons learned from incident

investigations are effectively communicated to Contractor craft by the Contractor

supervision and management

Prepare HSE plans for tender documents, weekly/ monthly safety reports, quarterly audit

reports, weekly meeting reports, and Near Miss/ Accident reports and communicates the

reports to the concerned parties

Investigating incident/accident and taking precautionary measures to avoid further

recurrence.

Coordinate with third party consultants for various safety studies including Quantitative Risk

Assessment (QRA), Fire risk Analysis, Escape Evacuation and Rescue Analysis,

Emergency System Survivability Analysis

Participating HAZOP, HAZID & HIRA Studies with multiple team

Conduct HSE Impact studies with EPC & Third party consultants

Provide safety and Loss prevention support for project

Review and approve Emergency preparedness for major emergency, evacuation and

conducting mock drill

Preparation of MSDS for various chemicals existing in the site

Preparation of the safety sign layouts and datasheets

To conduct meetings with colleagues, project team and EPC Contractors for implement of
