Customer service Specialist September 2008 – October 2013
I worked as a Senior Customer Specialist within my department. I handled credit card
activation, all types of customer service calls and facilitated the closing of accounts. As a
Customer service Specialist, I had to consistently demonstrate excellence in customer service as
well as perform diligent and accurate documentation and follow through procedures.
During my time at Chase, I was promoted to Team Captain where my duties then also included
assisting managers with reports and meetings as well as training and assisting new hires to our
department. As Team Captain, I also helped create and manage various team reward and
incentive programs including, Employee Recognition incentives and rewards as well as goal
setting and reward programs designed to achieve departmental goals.
As Customer service Specialist, I also demonstrated a proven track record of success in locating
delinquent customers and resolving credit delinquency cases to exceed Chases’ expectations.
