Description : In process Industries, the control valve plays a major role as a final

control element. There are different types of valves used in

automobile industry. There are different types of testing

equipments available for checking their characteristics. There is

separate test bench to check each valve. Instead of that in our

project it is a machine setup is used to inspect the integrity and

leak tightness of various types of valves. The process is entirely

automated through DCS and monitored through SCADA.

SCADA : InTouch 10.0 - Wonderware

Controllers : DCS (HoneyWell- HC900 C30) with Pneumatic Controls

Communication : Ethernet Protocol for Programming Cable between DCS and PC.

RS232 Protocol for communication between DCS and SCADA.

CO-CURRICULAR:

Attended National Level workshops at many reputed Institutions.

Attended a workshop on technology Entrepreneurship Development Program

conducted by EDII and NSTEDB.
