which became primary negotiating document for $12B debt restructuring for multibillion-

dollar, global financial arm of a leading automotive organization, which entailed multibillion-

dollar debt reduction. Took lead, as part of Cerberus Capital operations team, to develop

forecast model and underlying methodologies for Global operations consisting of $5B in cash

flow items from financing wholesale, retail, leases, business fleets and dealer insurance

programs.

• Cash Flow Management: Freed up $20M in annual net cash, restructured and

implemented new bank account structure and identified issues in the working capital process

resulting in a 22% decrease in the conversion time from notes to bonds and commercial paper,

this reduction in the turnaround time to convert loans to cash resulted in increased financing of

loans.

• Business Growth and Expansion: Lead team that drove Chrysler’s Business Vehicle Fleet

financing expansion from a loss leader to a $15 million financing arm, securing $50M in

financing for operations in Venezuela to finance Chrysler vehicles purchased.

• Return on Investment: In the face of rising competition and a shrinking market, prepared

plan to divest a paper mill factory. Identified sales targets and prepared sales collateral. Part of

team that sold the assets of an automotive financial arm to a bank which enabled Cerberus to

generate a return on its original investment. The assets that were not sold were used to create a

new financing company.

• Crisis Management: Protected member’s value in the wake of the financial crisis in 2009,

by being a Sr. leader on the team that designed and instituted a plan presented to the US

Congress for TARP and HARP assistance to prevent Chrysler Financial from collapsing while

the markets were frozen and unable to lend.

Director of Finance and Treasury, 2010 – Present

Supervise a variety of finance and treasury functions, including cash and risk management, financial modeling, financial

covenant management, contract management, and internal audit. Capital planning and the development of annual

budgets in alignment with projected cash balances, covenant compliance, cash and treasury metrics, subsidiary

companies, as well as financial projections. Generate a comprehensive cash forecast tied to general ledger to facilitate

detailed analysis on a book basis. Execute financial management reporting on a monthly basis.

• Worked with ownership to successfully refinance a $580M credit facility into an $875M facility ($535M CMBS,

$240M Mezz A & $100M Mezz B), in cooperation with investment banks (Dec. 2013).

$168M Mezz), in cooperation with investment banks (April 2012).

• Worked with ownership to successfully restructure a $640M credit facility into a $530M credit facility, in

cooperation with investment banks; thereby preventing default and potential bankruptcy (Sept. 2010).
