OBJECTIVE

WORK EXPERIENCE
2013 - present
BI/DW Test/QA Lead Brightlight Consulting (Redmond)
Lead BI (Business Intelligence), Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT testing
efforts at Brightlight Consulting. Implemented a flexible framework for
testing with reusable deliverables and artifacts. Created a repository of
standardized templates of Test Plans, Test Summaries, Test Cases,
Traceability Matrix and Defect reports to choose from and reuse as needed.
Platforms include; Netezza, nzDIF BI/DW and MS SQL Server 2008/2012.
Client Projects:
NEEA Planning Data Warehouse, a Microsoft SQL Server 2012 project used
to replace the manual copying of data models into Database.xls.
Worked with developers on internal BLSET (Excel data extraction
program) to debug and work issues as discovered.
McKesson, Advanced Analytics, an IBM Netezza implementation to
provision data sets into a centralized Netezza environment,
productionalize data integrations that off clear value and move
exploratory data sources into a Netezza sandbox area.
Oriental Trading Company (OTC), helped establish a baseline set of
test conditions in HP Quality Center (HPQC). Included templates for
minimum, maximum and negative cases for over 18 systems migrating into
their EDW.
Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy (DSP), Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (SSIS and
SSRS) report testing with Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) and
templates as a baseline for comparison. Perform data validation after
data migration from legacy database to determine if data was being
loaded properly into staging DB and then consumed by the ETL process.
Communicate project bugs with SharePoint QA List
(RSN QA Log) and work proactively with Brightlight developers to
address issues in a timely manner.
1999 - 2011
SR IT ANALYST, AT&T Wireless/Cingular/at&t Mobility (Redmond/Bothell)
Extensive knowledge of SDLC, WUP, RUP and UP guidelines/methodologies as
applied to wireless telecom billing and external systems. I have performed
unit, functional, integrated and user acceptance testing (UAT) with various
systems at AT&T. Been on and lead testing teams such as credit check and
activation, commissioning, IVR and collections. Work well with others as a
team builder and have a strong working knowledge of telecom billing,
collections and credit systems.
Gathered requirements, developed functional/regression test cases and lead
the Lightbridge Activation testing effort. Also lead the ORBIT
(Organizational Risk Based Integrated Technology) collections system
testing effort. UNIX, SQL (Oracle and TOAD) to verify data replicated
properly to the CBIS main frame billing system (via TN3270 session).
Siebel, Vitria, Atlys, MQ Series, Lightbridge and Vision/PAC/CCES are some
of the applications I've been associated with at AWS. Also worked on:
Siebel CRM, Billing, Middleware, Credit Check, Replication, Commissioning,
P2P and XML, VoIP, LTE, IP Packet Tracing, SS7 and SIP. Using my strong
technical, analytical and problem solving skills to accomplish this task.

Computer Lab, North Seattle Community College
As a Lab-Assistant-II, I tutor in several Computer labs at North
Seattle Community College, with up to forty students including the HP-lab
(UNIX xterms / Internet). I help maintain student Internet accounts and
trouble shoot on three separate networks in the Open Computer Lab. I debug
students' code and assist new and veteran PC users with applications,
programming and UNIX questions.
