Plantation, Fl 33324 In the year I worked at Trini Salon I accrued many different
Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities. To begin with I was a key holder and would open or

a cash drawer as well as credit transactions. As I was usually the
only front desk employee, this would result in guests having to wait
to be seen, so I learned to check out clients quickly and error free
under pressure. I managed a simple 2-line phone, answering and also
making calls to drum up business. It was also my responsibility to
supervise my fellow co-workers and even delegate daily tasks for
the upkeep of the salon. Providing the best customer service was the
biggest and most important part of my job and I have perfected my
abilities through the many different guests that visited. Listening is
key to being able to help the customer and a thorough knowledge of
company guidelines helps to provide them with the best and quickest
solution to their problem.
