N.Y.Worked as the Program Director of Community Residence for 12 of the 13 years that I was on that job. Overseen day today
operations for five programs. Three were OASAS approved and two were HUD/OTDA approved programs.Knowledgeable of all
regulations from OASAS, DSS, OTDA, OMH etc. Passed every inspection that ever happened atthe facility. Facilitated case
conference, general staff meetings and staff development. Directly assisted in thedevelopment of 10 CASAC-T into CASAC's.
Overseen the budget for the five approved programs. At one point I helddown the Associate Executive Director in the interim of
the new Director coming to the agency. Directly improvedcommunication and interaction with outside providers. Aware of all the
