TATA Motors (TML) planning to develop a Vehicle adapter which supports
USB and BT (Bluetooth) communication to bring vehicle information to the
user via Smartphone. As part of developing this CAN to BT/USB adapter, TML
wants to develop a set of Android applications to access vehicle
information. Set of application are Find My Car App, Plan My Trip App,
Fuel App, Vehicle Health App, Trip Analyzer App, Service Assist App, Car
Reminder App, and Driver Profile App.
This all apps are basically use Real Time vehicle data, Current Location of
users using GPS and required different Google services and achieved
features like find vehicle position in parking slot, Plan long trip with
estimation based on car condition with car live data, get the vehicle
information like warnings coming from the vehicle, measured car mileage,
wastage of fuel using car live data etc.
