• Managed the daily operations of the Inbound Sponsored Roaming Product, a network extension of MANX
Telecom. This involved the responsibility of reviewing DCH error reports, disputing RAPS if applicable, TAP
file editing if warranted, working directly with customers and roaming partners on troubleshooting, and
establishing roaming agreements. Worked directly with data clearing house group on any processing errors.
• Managed the IMSI and node mapping of the sponsored roaming for GSM.
