results.
RFP was a three year program which comprises of multiple releases. In every
release this product was enhanced in its capabilities. Few major milestones
were
1) Admin Application: Complete admin module was developed, which helps
RFP admin user to organize master set of questions to be asked in the RFP
(questionnaire). This majorly reduces time and cost spent earlier in which
admin has to log issues with operations team to do the same.
2) Custom Questions: Custom Question functionality was added in the
RFP product to enable Hewitt Consultant's to add client specific question
in questionnaire. This functionality helps consultant to customize RFP over

actions if required.

(creating and customizing RFP) in all the renewal bids. Copy functionality
copies entire structure of previous year RFP with blank responses and its
ready to be sent again.
