• Finance Transformation Project Manager

• Reengineered Finance processes - Billing, Credit Management, Accounts Receivables, Collections, KPIs and

Reporting for PT Telkom in Bandung, Indonesia to facilitate transition to a Shared Service Center.

• Presented a strategy to grow F&A revenues by $25 million by 2015 and 17%+ CAGR thereafter

2) MTN: Global Telecom ~190M Customers:

• Global Process Design & Re-engineering

• Led Enterprise Asset Management process design in Johannesburg, South Africa, for MTN, a global telecom

company with over 190M customers operating in 22 countries in Africa and the Middle East.

• Facilitated national stakeholder workshops, co-ordinated functional consultants to create the To-Be processes and

Functional Design Document for Oracle Global implementation.

• Analyzed Supply Chain processes to ensure compliance to Fixed Assets, performed analytics for one country;

identified $40 million savings

3) National Grid PLC

• Project Manager

• Project lead for a post SAP implementation of AR, AP, Payroll, Cash and Treasury. Acted as liaison between the

client, back office, and off shore tech support to remediate technology issues, gather requirements, change

request, system design, development, testing and transport to production.

• Re-engineered processes to reduce financial risk, improve operational metrics and KPIs for annual distributions of

over $10B AUD. Identified 5% savings - $500M

• Business Transformation and Lean Implementation

• Trained leadership teams and process owners at a global bank on Lean process methodologies and their benefits.

Facilitated value stream mapping workshops and metric development

• Resulted in a significant reduction in risk weighted assets and improvement in the capital ratio required by Basel

6) Aflac Insurance:

• Processing redesign - Casualty claims

• Brought in to salvage a casualty claims project with chronic delays and scope creep. Managed a team of SMEs

and BAs to do process mapping, create use cases and redesign the claims system

stakeholders to mitigate scope creep and presented changes to the Change Control Board
