• Reengineered Finance processes - Billing, Credit Management, Accounts Receivables, Collections, KPIs and
Reporting for PT Telkom in Bandung, Indonesia to facilitate transition to a Shared Service Center.
• Presented a strategy to grow F&A revenues by $25 million by 2015 and 17%+ CAGR thereafter
2) MTN: Global Telecom ~190M Customers:
• Global Process Design & Re-engineering
• Led Enterprise Asset Management process design in Johannesburg, South Africa, for MTN, a global telecom
company with over 190M customers operating in 22 countries in Africa and the Middle East.
• Facilitated national stakeholder workshops, co-ordinated functional consultants to create the To-Be processes and
Functional Design Document for Oracle Global implementation.
• Analyzed Supply Chain processes to ensure compliance to Fixed Assets, performed analytics for one country;
identified $40 million savings
3) National Grid PLC

• Project lead for a post SAP implementation of AR, AP, Payroll, Cash and Treasury. Acted as liaison between the
client, back office, and off shore tech support to remediate technology issues, gather requirements, change
request, system design, development, testing and transport to production.
