Process : Data Management & Analytics Process, Core Business Reporting, SQL Developer,

Application : BP-KNET, SAP Site, Google etc.

Description : British Petroleum (BP) Limited is the British Multinational Oil and Gas Company, head Quarter’s Located in LONDON, UK. It is the Third-Largest Energy Company.

Job Responsibilities:

Working on BP Dashboard, Service Delivery reports (SDR), CCN Tracker, and Remedy Application.

Preparing timesheet reports for the entire project in BP, which Includes DM wise, PM Wise Project and taking average of all resources.

Includes: Analyzing the data, formatting using business templates, updating the templates on a daily and weekly basis.

Most of the Reporting in BP is done manually through Excel, Once we get the SAP report on a

Daily basis or weekly basis for various reports Like ZCOP, BP Open Indent, Weekly Projection

Report etc.We do manual calculations in Excel which is more time consuming and chances of

Getting minor errors. Hence got the opportunity to work on Internal Tool Development Project to

Reduce time with Error free Data.

Role Involved:

Handled a team size of 3 people in developing Internal Tool.

Creating Tables, Store Procedures and Triggers based on the specifications.

Daily uploading the SAP report from Excel to SQL Database.

Daily Checklists Includes: Disk Space, Server Monitoring, Log Spaces, Job Activity Monitor.

Analysis of all reports Involved in Automation and explaining the same to the team members.
