WORK EXPERIENCE

Student Researcher 2013

Arizona State University

During the Summer of 2013, I participated in an 8-week Research Experience for Undergrad-

uates through the MCTP program at Arizona State University. My research was focused

primarily on Stochastic Processes. During the Fall 2013 semester I continued my research

and focused on the Kalman Filter.

Developer 2012-2013

Claimtrak Systems Inc.

As an Electronic Health Record developer, I worked with the Omnis programming language

to produce individualized products for over 80 clients in the behavioral therapy field. I

was required to work with databases on a daily basis and as a result I have also acquired

knowledge of the SQL language. Working as a programmer has allowed me to exercise my

logic, problem solving and debugging skills.

Dog Groomer 2011-2012

Animal Health Services

As a Dog Groomer in one of the top ten animal hospitals nationwide, I worked side by side

with Veterinarians to help resolve skin related health issues for our clients while maintaining

the highest of standards in professionalism, knowledge and customer service. Due to the

high demand for customer service, my communication skills have greatly improved.

Tutor 2011-2012

Learning Support Center at Paradise Valley Community College

As a Mathematics tutor, I provided students with academic support in the subjects of

Calculus, Differential Equations, Calculus based Physics, and Computer Science. This

required me to adapt to many different learning styles in order to provide the best possible

support to each student in need. As a result, my ability to work well with a large range of

personalities has been strongly enriched.
