Determined aircraft and equipment condition for the Maintenance Group Commander on the 21 assigned B-
2 aircraft valued at over $46 billion dollars. Coordinated with squadron supervisors, contractors, engineers
and Major Command managers to identify and resolve low observable issues. Performed inspections and
evaluated repairs and compiled results on 196 active duty technicians.
Supervised a $3.2 million dollar government contract for aircraft maintenance. Oversaw and inspected 47
employees’ repairs, and safety procedures.
Re-wrote Quality Assurance Hand Book and Quarterly Inspection and Evaluation Plan. Focused shifted
from after the fact inspection to personnel evaluations leading to 75 percent increase of inspections.
