replacing them now will mitigate the risk of failure of this critical
piece of hardware.
. In the initial phase, the two POS servers (primary and secondary) and the
SIS server will be replaced with two new IBM x3530 M4 Intel Xeon servers

. Work on migrating the Equity application from the iSeries (AS/400) onto
this server will occur in 2014-2015, thereby allowing the iSeries to be
eliminated

. Replacement of the current UPS units.
. Installation of a rack to house the new technology (if the store does not
have an existing rack which meets requirements and capacity)
