Responsibilities:

• Provides complex technical input to the Desktop Services team and assumes a supporting role in

selecting and utilizing appropriate tools and techniques for timely service delivery

• Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments

for all IT personnel, manage and maintain Network Project.

existing computer systems and software packages.
