. Authentication of the vouchers with respect to proper

information and care taker heads so as to record the same in

subsidiary books.

. Entering data in Tally ERP for all the financial transactions

like Purchase, Sales, and Expenses.

. Reconciliation of Bank and Cash Balances in order to keep

office informed about availability and requirement of funds.

. Income Tax matters including preparation and filing of Income

Tax, TDS, and other statutory Returns and representation

before the Tax Authorities.

. Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS sheet for internal

and external purpose.

. To coordinate & liase with Chartered accountant, various

Government authorities & Banks independently.

. Prepared Monthly compliance details for the company and make

the payment for same with the Government in time.

. Checking of all the vouchers related to Site operating

expenses & making the payment of the same.

. Maintenance of all the financial books up to date particularly

in compliance with accrual principal of accounting.

. To maintain and update personal filed of all employees as well

as of contractual employees.

. Pay-roll processing with regard to labour laws and monitoring

PF, ESI, PT Calculations, Remittance, Filling etc.

. Taking care of routine Tax planning Co-ordination for the

employees.

> I have cleared my C.A. Foundation under The Institute of Chartered

Accountants of India (ICAI) in November 2008.

> I have cleared B.Com. From Smt. M.T. Dhamsania College of Commerce

& B.B.A. at Rajkot under Saurashtra University In March, 2007.

> I have cleared Science Side. From

> Substantial Knowledge of working with MS word, power point, Excel,

Internet, Hardware
