Responsibilities:
. Responsible for end to end process of Bench marketing / Bench H1B
Sales.
. Independently be able to set up own network of clients, vendors and
consultants.
. Responsible in selling the candidates on contract basis to the clients
by sending the hot list of available consultant's on regular basis.
. Regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying
their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
. Was able to gather third party resumes forming partnerships there by
placing them to different projects.
. Responsible in sourcing the Job requirements through various job
portals and submitting the consultant's resumes to the requirements
based on their suitability.
. Responsible in posting the resumes of the bench consultants on various
job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Corp-Corp, Bench folks &
Job circle) etc
. Responsible in rate negotiation and confirming the rate to the
vendors.
. Regular follow up's with the vendors for all the submissions made.
. Coordinating with the vendors and consultants for scheduling the
interviews.
. Follow up and collation of time sheets of different consultants and
process their payroll accordingly.
. Acting as a point of contact between the consultants, vendors and
organization.
