Project Description: Project implementation includes transfers of

vehicles from plants to regional sales offices through STO. Freight is

paid for transportation and same is mapped in system as Shipment costing.

Once shipment costing is done shared services will settle payment with

vendors through service entry sheet and certified payments.

Role and Responsibilities:

. Configuration of STO document type and Pricing .

. Configuration for delivery types

. Configurations of Shipment and Shipment costing document types, item

categories

. Configuration for Pricing, access sequence, condition types in

Shipment costing

. Configuration for account and output determination.

Project Title : Grease Project for Commercial vehicle Business Unit

Project Description: Project implementation includes mapping of a third

party scenario which TML has signed up with third party Balmer and Lawrie

to use their premises for stocking and distribution of material. Tata

Motors channel partners will place the order using available TML CRM

system/ SAP system. Customer Purchase orders will seamlessly get

transferred to SAP as a Sales order. Once the sale orders are made

immediately Purchase orders will be raised on the vendor. When stock is

ready at vendor site inward delivery, Goods Receipt, Outbound Delivery,

Shipment, Packing, Goods Issue and Invoicing is done.

Role and Responsibilities:

. Configuration and Mapping for the third party scenario for the

business line grease i.e. from Procurement to Pay and Order to cash

cycle.

. Configurations of Automatic determination of Packaging materials and

Creating of Handling units

. Configuration of Automatic PGI and Billing document creation with help

of Shipment Activity Profiles.

. Define Plant, storage locations, sales document type, Item category

and its determination, copy control from order to delivery and then

Delivery to Billing.

. Define and determine pricing procedure through Condition technique.

. Configuration for account and output determination.

Project Title : Credit and Risk Management for Tata motors

International Business.

Project Description: Credit and risk management is project

implemented for countries Nepal and Bhutan. Documentary payment methods

as Letter of Credit (LC)is used, where in customer credit is controlled

through LC. Tata Motors area manager will place the order using available

TML CRM system/ SAP system. Customer Purchase orders will seamlessly get

transferred to SAP as a Sales order. As soon LC is received, it is

attached to sales order through program. Based on validations for order

Value and LC value credit control is triggered

Role and Responsibilities:

> Configuring Pricing Procedure, financial documents, System validations

for Credit control

> Configuring sales document types, item category

> Use of standard BAPI's for ingeneration with Seibel CRM

> Functional Design, documentation and testing of custom programs and user

exits.

templates along with handling change management
