outside plant contracts and final documents including verifying tabulation of staking sheets with contractors.

Coordinate to make sure all intra-company staff have the necessary information needed to process and

close all construction activity into the accounting and continuing property records.

Cooperate with and provide direction and assistance to external engineers, cost consultants, and auditors as

requested.

Coordinate the preparation of various maps and schematics for plant personnel as well as various

organizational reports. Maintain proper communications with all levels of plant personnel and provide

assistance in the resolution of mapping or design issues. Ensure that all the appropriate data is being

collected and committed to record via database or electronic land base format.

Be aware of company engineering and CAD procedures and policies and notify the Telephone Engineering

and Operations Manager of any problems encountered per interactions with other company personnel.
