CAREER SUMMARY:

30+ years experience in the mechanical engineering field as a business

owner of a professional engineering company (Beta-Rho Engineering, Inc.),

engineering project manager, project engineer, field construction manager,

sales manager and design engineer for a variety of mechanical equipment

manufactures, industrial chemical process systems, and heavy mechanical

industrial companies. I have owned and operated Beta-Rho Engineering, Inc.

for 20 years (1985-2005), then worked directly for Deca Vibrator from 2005-

2009. Now currently consulting for various industrial companies on process

and mechanical equipment design projects through my present company

Integral Mechanical Systems, LLC. Looking for more stable full time

. Managed and operated a professional engineering company and employees

energy, power and food processing equipment and systems. (Fluid Bed

Incineration and Cryogenic Gas Equipment)

. Designed/developed & managed process start-ups & field construction.

. Supervised installations and training of customer personnel on Fluid

Bed incinerators systems,

. Supervised and managed on site equipment construction and installation

of Fluid Bed Incineration systems including, mechanical equipment,

tanks, vessels, tanks, silo's, piping systems, instrumentation,

electrical, structural steel structures & platforming, equipment

foundation/civil, material handling and all related components and

equipment and training. Full industrial systems, grass roots type

projects)

. Designed and supervised installation of pollution control equipment,

i.e., venturi-scrubbers, cyclones, recuperators, waste heat boilers,

ESP, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, pneumatic

transport systems, etc.

. Welding inspection of mechanical equipment, chemical process

equipment, structural steel and vessel/tanks.

. Managed on-site construction contractors, vendors and auxiliary

personnel and equipment installations.

. Resolved on-site (field) equipment conflicts and installation

problems.

. Generated and maintained project & construction schedules, project &

construction budgeting and manpower requirements.

. Worked with contractors of all disciplines.

. Managed a 12 person professional engineering company which consisted

of (3) professional engineers, (8) engineer/designers and cad drafters

Engineering Manager/Product Development Engineer

Started when company decided to venture out of their normal

area of business as distributor's of electric rotary and

pneumatic vibrators to supplying custom designed vibratory

equipment to their customer's using the electric rotary and

pneumatic vibrators they sold as distributor.

Quadrupled company income my first year of employment by

developing and designing vibratory test tables, vibratory

pan feeders, material flow aids and finally inventing non-

lubricating linear vibrators.
