• Handheld 4 QA tester with emphasis on upgrade process, security application, and
sales application. Extensive knowledge of many PepsiCo applications: OMS,
IIM, ITM, SAP, Credant, HVL, IRSS, Masterfiles, Defender, HP Quality Center,

specification.
• Performed Usability Testing to ensure the Alaris Intravenous hardware was

Fully qualified the upgrade and configuration of the Sony Picture Station, which is
FedEX Kinko’s digital photo editing workstation. As a manual tester I:
• Created Detail Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Environment.
• Executed all Test Cases, documenting and reporting the
results, and ensuring testing was completed on time with quality.
• Established QA Baseline for Picture Station settings, configuration correction
and documentation of all settings modified from default settings

AdvancePCS was one of the nation's leading independent provider of health improvement
services offering health plans, a wide range of health improvement products and services

I served as a QA Engineer dedicated to the RxClaim prescription drug health claim/adjudication
insurance reimbursement software application. In performance of my duties I:

Served in the development and testing lab of the world leader in the design, manufacture
and sales of hand held and desktop calculators. In performance of my duties as a manual
tester I was responsible for:
• Performing testing during all test cycles including Incremental Integration,
Integration, System, Pre Production System Verification, Installation Testing, GUI
testing, Functionality Testing, and Application Usability Testing. Software error
testing - tracking
• Quality Assurance “Authorization for Product Production.”
• Error test case design
• Initiation of all communication with product and project management, peers,
and marketing divisions regarding error incidents, documentation and the status of
all testing phases.
• Managing the workload which consisted of simultaneous projects, which
required a high proficiency in multi-tasking and time management in order to
achieve success.
• Mentoring of new testers regarding product and application familiarity and
their compliance with expected testing and documentation standards
• Progressively assuming more work responsibility in major assignments which

o Texas Instruments Graphing and Scientific calculators (TI-73, TI-83
Plus, TI-83 Plus Silver Edition, & BAII Plus)
Served as Testing Lead on the company’s sales leaders, which are the most popular
calculators in the world. The project consisted of supervising 5 people in the test case
design, execution, tracking and documentation of “trig functions”, statistics and
written program function & availability. Both the calculator operating system and
installed applications were tested and released to production on schedule.
o Texas Instruments Finance calculator, the BAII PLUS
Served as Testing Lead on this calculator, which is TI’s second best seller. This
project required the supervision of 4 people in the rapid mastery of financial market
place requirements and formulas. Both the calculator and its laboratory development
simulator were tested and released to production on schedule.
o Texas Instruments USB cable
Testing Lead on a new product development which established connectivity between
TI devices and personal computers allowing customers to download software
applications or games for classroom or personal use. This project required a strong
basic understanding of PC operating systems, communication protocols and the
supervision of 4 people.
o Texas Instruments TImeSpan Creator
Testing Lead supervising 5 people in a strategic new product development. TImeSpan
allowed TI to fortify their leadership in the educational marketplace by moving
beyond Math and Science into the History and Social Studies classroom.

Tested and documented a desktop cash register used to perform basic currency
conversion, tax calculation and retail sales functions.
