I am currently in charge of capital expenditures, project management,
and business process ownership for the operation and maintenance for the
Tuas bottling operations of CCSB. Key performance indicators for this role
include improvements in water usage ratio (WUR), energy usage ratio (EUR),
cost of goods sold (COGS), asset utilization (USLE), return on invested
capital (ROIC) and Maintenance effectiveness (PM/CM ratio). By investing in
new technologies and supporting the Excellence in Maintenance program
(Exim), these key performance indicators have been accelerating our 2013
performance with a dramatic improvement in the company rolling estimate.
