critical OpenVMS VAX, Charon and Alpha systems around the
USA and Canada and over six thousand users from off-site
location. Designed and wrote scripts to automate many of

software upgrades, disaster recovery, performance tuning,
improve system security, etc.
Wrote scripts to automatically update a windows-based event
monitor with OpenVMS events and to track records

assisting key users in the field over the phone. Other
