2007 - present

Burlingame Industries partnered with Endur-All Technologies to produce a

new synthetic high tech polymer roofing product to replace Wood Shake

Roofing. As the key Manufacturing Executive, I was transferred to

Burlingame to head up this new division.

Director of Manufacturing

. Sole responsibility for design and sourcing of all Capital Equipment,

Tooling, and Secondary Assembly Equipment.

Endur-All was a start-up company that developed a patented Urethane

formulation that upon molding is a suitable replacement for wood products.

In particular Endur-All developed CeDUR Shakes, replacement product for

existing natural wood shakes. Once developed and launched into

production, Endur-All sold the technology to Burlingame Industry's Eagle

Roofing Division.

acquired the Urethane division of Chivas Products in 1995. Chivas Urethane

was a door trim panel producer for the Automotive Industry.

14 U.S. plants. Managed Manufacturing Engineering Group and outside

vendors for new equipment. Implemented cost reductions.

. Total P&L and operations responsibility for this stand-alone $30 million

division consisting of 100 employees including HR, finance/accounting,

customer was Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing of America.
