? Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of an Adult Respite
Program and Community Habilitation Program serving Adult on the
Autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities. This includes
but, is not limited to, programmatic observations, ensuring
functional and age appropriate programming is occurring, maintaining
all formal books and remaining in compliance with all protocols set
forth by OPWDD and OMIG.

? Manage the utilization of units funded through Medicaid to ensure
both programs remain within budget limitations and continue to
increase revenue throughout the fiscal year.
? Independently and successfully wrote proposal for additional funding
through OPWDD to increase services and aide in programmatic growth.
? Supervise the staff of both programs, encompassing a total of 25
direct support professionals, and 2 assistant managers.
? Complete all hiring, training and terminating of staff.
? Review and submit all timesheets for staff.
? Attend and participate in all administrative and program planning
meetings to always strive to provide a better quality of care to all
those we serve.

ideas and execute projects independently. This included an annual
Art show that has grown and continues to be utilized by the agency.

? Created monthly calendars to ensure all individuals participated in
educational and recreational activities while becoming increasing
