* All Machine malfunctions documented as well as procedure to troubleshoot.
* Closely reviewed all data before verifying results. Deltas were reviewed with prior history to
determine instrument malfunction or actual patient result.
* Performed dilutions and converted units for reporting purposes, eg. CSF protein and 24 hour
urines.
* Machine malfunctions and downtime required backup methods. Manual methods, specimens
sent to nearby hospitals or specimens sent to reference labs were utilized.
* Controlled inventory for Urinalysis. Ordered supplies on a weekly basis.
* Drew BAC's for local police agencies.
* Collected urines for industrial accidents and truck accidents for DOT, maintaining chain of
custody.
* Assumed Supervisor status when needed. Supervisor qualified since 1997
