*To obtain the maintenance superintendent position

EXPERIENCE:

*Experience in the following--

*Plumbing: Services and repair all plumbing fixtures, including, toilets,

urinals, faucets, sinks and drain, gas and water pipe, soldering, cut and thread

pipes. Experienced with power or hand driven snakes and water jetting machines.

*Electrical: replace lighting ballasts, bulbs, switches and receptacles.

*Carpentry: repair doors, including locks, handles,floor tiles, vinyl

flooring, cove base repair, assembly wood and steel cabinets, sheet rock, etc

*Painting: Perform wall or equipment prep to include mudding, and taping

drywall, patching, sanding, applies primer, sealer, stains, varnishes as determined for wall

wood work and equipment.

*Boilers: Annual Preventive Maintenence, refractory refinishing, punch

tubes, replace all gaskets in preperation for State Inspection.

*Masonry: molds forms, patch holes,etc.

*School: Janitorial Duties, including wax, stripper, buffing, grounds

keeping,Ensure facility in optimun condition for daily operations.

*HVAC: Perform and assist in mechanical service repairs on HVAC

equipment in addition to monitoring equipment performance, ensuring optimum efficiency,

change air filters, belts, clean coils, lubrication of bearings.

*Pneumatics: Calibrate thermostats, air volume diffusers, pressure or

temperature control regulators, pneumatic controls,VAV boxes.

*Computer skills- windows XP, office XP, Corrigo Work order systems,

Building Automated System (BAS).

*Set up computers, Printers for tenants

*Install/ Fabricate Duct work

*Assist chief engineer in his duties
