Summary

My name is Lw Frost, I am a college student majoring in physical education. I am entering my third year

of schooling, along the way I am attempting to make a living. I worked part time for Apple Valley

Athletics, coaching 5th and 6ths grade boys’ basketball for 2012-2013. I also worked full time/ part time

at a Southview Acers Nursing home is West St. Paul. Over the years, working at Southview as a custodian

has given me a chance to excel in working with machines such as, surface buffers, carpet extractors and

several different Microsoft tools. I am advanced in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft

Word. I am a great communicator, I work well either with people or alone. I set myself from others by

being eager to work and wanting to learn my craft. I have always been a leader since a child. I played

sports for most of my childhood, high school, and college. I was devastated once I had an injury to my

knee causing me to have knee surgery. After my surgery I wasn’t cleared to play college football. I am

dealing with it fine and just trying to better myself!
